Because of rapidly growing interest at the highest levels of Washington DC and worldwide in the lawsuit Kurdish Victims Fund et.al. v.  Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, et.al in the United States District Court of Washington DC, this is the first of what will be many detailed information reports from the Kurdish Victims Fund.
