The English language dictionary defines hypocrisy as the practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one's own behavior does not conform; or in other words, a pretense.  It is generally viewed as dishonesty, and greatly disrespected in America.

           In what many in Washington DC are now calling an extreme act of hypocrisy and dishonesty, former Kurdistan Regional Government President Masoud Barzani and his follower puppet, current Prime Minister Masrour Barzani, and their family and criminal co-conspirators, are continually misleading the United States Government and the American people.  They have intentionally and repeatedly mislead millions of people to get billions of dollars.  They have made a mockery of the truths of the corruption of the Barzani Criminal Enterprise that severely harms United States businesses and American citizens. And they have exploited dozens of K R G officials to assist them in these untruths.  Many of those dishonest K R G officials are now named to the United States court, where they will be held accountable.

Specifics of the Barzani massive on-going anti-American corruption are now for the first time being publicly presented to the United States District Court in Washington DC and to Congress.  Masoud Barzani, Masrour Barzani, WaysiBarzani, and their family and co-conspirators have been caught in their lying and craftiness and deceiving, and are now being brought to stand before the American federal court to be judged.

         K R G officials have self-congratulated themselves on what they’ve said are “a number of steps” it is supposedly taking to “stamp out corruption”.  Yet the Kurdish Victims Fund, in its Washington DC case against Masoud Barzani, Masrour Barzani, Waysi Barzani, and Barzani family members and others, presents for the court astounding, unprecedented, and massive levels of evidence.  As if ghosts from the past who had been silenced by the Barzani regime, manyinsiders are now courageously rising up as witnesses.  Victim testimonies and evidence has beenassembled from confidential human sources about present-day on-going corruption directly stealing from U S companies and harming their US owners.

         In this Court Report, we relate only the massive unlawful and very dangerous counterfeiting of United States brand cigarettes by the Barzani Criminal Enterprise, masterminded by Kurdistan Prime Minister Masrour Barzani. 

In coming reports, we will report other massive crimes against United States businesses by the Barzani Criminal Enterprise and which are being presented to the U S federal court.

The extensive and financially significant international cigarette counterfeiting component of the Barzani Criminal Enterprise is directed by Masoud Barzani and Masrour Barzani.  Masrour Barzani is in partnership with co-conspirators Nizar Hanna Nasri,ShimalJawharSalin, Sarwar Pedawi, and Ghafoor Khoshnaw, and others, who manage, oversee, profit, and money launder proceeds from counterfeiting operations of the Barzani Continuing Criminal Enterprise.

Saad Aldoski and Blend Aldoski manage and partner in manufacturing counterfeit cigarettes.  In managing this financially significant element of their criminal enterprise,they report directly to Masrour Barzani.

This organization engages in the felonious manufacture, importation, receiving, concealment, and selling of US brand tobacco products without any license to do so.  Monies earned are then used by the Barzani Criminal Enterprise to commit an enormous number of crimes, all of which are being presented to the US court, including genocide, murder, torture, and other atrocity crimes.

The American cigarette products the Barzani Criminal Enterprise counterfeits include primarily US registered and trademarked brands, thereby knowingly and intentionally creating a negative economic impact on the United States economy and on U S commercial interests.  By simultaneously channeling substantial financial resources to the Barzani Criminal Enterprise and its criminal networks which knowingly disrupt and corrupt Kurdistan society, and lacking all moral integrity as leaders of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masoud Barzani, Masrour Barzani, and Waysi Barzani, and their associate co-conspirators, imperil the physical health of the citizenry, which they govern, through inferior product quality, hazardous material, and substandard and uninspected manufacturing standards.  This is wanton disregard for human life, potentially killing innocent consumers.  Evidence in the possession of Kurdish Victims Fund lawyers, which will be presented to the court,documents several Kurd cases of blindness resulting from illicit and unlawful activities of the Barzani Criminal Enterprise.

In addition to the established link between counterfeiting and piracy and organized crime, the International Criminal Police Organizationhas highlighted a disturbing relationship of counterfeiting and piracy with terrorist financing, with intellectual property crime becoming the preferred method of financing for a number of terrorist groups, including those partnering and/or collaborating with the Barzani Criminal Enterprise.

The counterfeit American cigarettes produced by the Barzani Criminal Enterprise are substandard or even dangerous, lack compliance with basic safety standards, are manufactured in manufacturing facilities not compliant with universally accepted industry Good Manufacturing Practice standards, and possess no licenses from the trademark owners to manufacture them. 

With the knowing and willful authorization of Masrour Barzani and Waysi Barzani, counterfeit cigarettes produced by the Barzani Criminal Enterprise are transported in trucks along the route used to transport illicit drugs.  The trucks were unlawfully diverted and provided by the Barzani’s from Hummer vehicles issued to the Kurdistan Regional Government by the United States Government under foreign aid and defense aid agreements.  They were issued not to transport counterfeit cigarettes, but instead for official use by the K R G Peshmerga military and Parastin intelligence agents in furtherance of U S national security and foreign policy purposes.  Use of trucks and other equipment provided by the United State Government through its foreign assistance programs and Defense agreements, for transportation of counterfeit cigarettes, violates several U S laws and illegally enriches the Barzani family members.

Counterfeit cigarettes produced by the Barzani Criminal Enterprise, with the authorization of Masrour Barzani and Waysi Barzani, knowingly pose substantial health and safety risks to consumers, including U S citizens residing in or visiting the areas of Kurdistan.  They knowingly violate numerous United States laws.

Not only are the counterfeit Barzani products hazardous to the consumers’ health, the counterfeiting operations of the Barzani Criminal Enterprise knowingly also violates many international treaties and laws.  Those treaties include the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, the established protocols of the World Intellectual Property Organization, and criminally infringes on registrations issued by the U S Patent and Trademark Office, an agency of the United States Government.

This illegal cigarette counterfeiting and trafficking, directed and controlled by Masrour Barzani and Waysi Barzani, harms American commercial interests that comply with laws, and thus those of their American citizen shareowners, including American public employee and union pension plans, investors, employees, contractors, suppliers, lenders, banks, and rights holders because of the impact that they have on sales and licensing, and on brand value and firm reputation.

Insider Confidential Human Sources, who have direct clandestine access to senior officials of the KRG, estimate that the financial revenue from various cigarette counterfeiting operations of the Barzani Criminal Enterprise exceeds U S twenty million dollars per month – thus totaling tens of millions of dollars to date for the Barzani Continuing Criminal Enterprise.
